Ty, not your average yoga teacher, but the coach everyone dreams of having--one who can get you to RESULTS. Never worked out? Results. Pro athlete? Results. Ty brings knowledge, work ethic, and mental toughness to the studio every day. Much of his coaching savvy comes from years of high level wrestling training and competitions around the world. His first hot yoga class was in search of an alternate weight cutting venue—he and his Olympic Training Center buddy were looking for an occasional change of scene from their rubber sweats, Airdyne peddling, sauna sessions. Opening the original Arrichion Hot Yoga and Circuit Training studio in Raleigh with his sister, Quinn, was next. Great things have happened at Arrichion—the greatest being finding the love of his life, Lisako.

When he's not at the studio, he's probably out on his boat (named "Back That Aft Up" fishing for the monster tuna he plans keeping as a pet. Don’t let Ty’s ‘I’m not quick to smile’ attitude intimidate you. He’s watched Annie, Driving Miss Daisy, and Where the Red Fern Grows more times than anyone in the universe. Terrific coach. Awesome teacher. But, word of warning...NO HUGS, EVER.

Lisako has found her true calling as a hybrid graphic designer/ yoga teacher. She is a die-hard Apple geek and a certified yoga nerd. You can find her glued to her Mac or her yoga mat (sometimes both), but ALWAYS wearing yoga pants 24/7. She has always been physically active, but had not found any challenging activity that stuck with her until she took her first Bloodstone at Arrichion, and has been hooked ever since.

Without an ounce of dance/ballet/gymnastic background, she never thought she’d be doing any arm balances or inversions in her lifetime. She solely credits yoga and circuit training for her strength, focus, and flexibility. She completed her 500-hour training at Arrichion under Quinn Reynolds and has attended numerous workshops and trainings with Briohny Smyth, Dice Iida-Klein, Kathryn Budig, Baron Baptiste, Kiersten Mooney, and more. She helps facilitate the yoga teacher training programs at Arrichion. She met her hubby Ty on one of first classes she took at Arrichion. She has a weakness for 🐶 puppies. (Every dog movies, commercials, and books will make her ugly cry 😭) and extremely irrational fear of frogs (she just can't even).

Poulomi was born and raised in the busy city of Mumbai, India in an extended family where she spent nearly 25 years of her life. She is from a family of physicians and, following in their footsteps, is a pediatrician. She now resides in North Carolina and has been married for 17 years. She furthered her medical career by specializing at Duke/UNC Chapel Hill in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology and Transfusion Medicine, respectively. After practicing for a few years, she decided to be a homemaker and dedicate her time to her two wonderful boys. In looking to balance her family life with fitness, she began classes at Arrichion in March 2009 and says she has been in love with the program ever since. Poulomi says she never realized she could be so passionate about something other than medicine. Since embarking on her yoga journey, she has completed 1000 classes and her 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification at Arrichion under Lisako Koga and Quinn Reynolds. It was here, she says, that she found her true Zen!

By day she is an Associate Director of Operations at PPD and says teaching yoga is her stress reliever. Passionate about health and fitness from a young age, Elizabeth studied Nutrition at NC State University (Go Wolfpack!) where she picked up running as her primary exercise/stress relief method. Looking for a challenge to mix up her fitness routine - and being admittedly skeptical about yoga - she found Arrichion in early 2016 and immediately fell in love with the hot yoga/circuit training system and the family-style community. Arrichion quickly became her second home and it didn't take long before she knew she wanted to become an instructor and share her love of yoga with others. She completed her RYT 200 certification through Arrichion in Spring 2018 under yogi gurus Lisako Reynolds and Poulomi Pai, and afterwards jumped right into her dream of teaching classes at the Raleigh studio. When she's not at the gym, she works with the NC Division of Public Health on Special Nutrition Programs. Elizabeth is from Rocky Mount, NC where she grew up with 7 wonderful siblings and two very patient parents! She enjoys spending time with them, as well as the family golden retriever and guinea pig. In her spare time she likes to travel, moon-gaze, attend concerts, and of course, practice yoga.

Arrichion Hot Yoga Raleigh has the friendliest, most encouraging teachers and they are also incredible athletes. There are so many great varieties of classes to take. Each one is carefully tailored to provide a targeted workout whether you want to focus on stretching and yoga basics in Diamond or Topaz or you want to go for an intense cardio/weight class like Tiger’s Eye or Cardio Sparta. Arrichion is simply the BEST place to go for an amazing and unique work out. I have learned so much in the two years since I’ve started here. Taking each class at my own pace and building up to each and every new level. It has been a transforming life experience and I have loved every single, sweaty minute of it.
