NEW CLIENT DEAL POLICY:
New student introductory deals ($49 for 2 week package/Groupon/any introductory) are restricted to new clients who has never taken a class at ANY Arrichion locations. We verify by asking for a valid ID on your first visit to redeem the introductory deal. Void where prohibited.
MEMBERSHIP POLICY:
No full or partial refunds will be given for membership cancellation. Membership are non-transferable.
Unlimited membership cannot be shared.
Effective September 1, 2020. All packages sold will be for single location in-person use only + access to virtual.
Class packages can be shared with family members.
12 month commitment monthly auto renewal requires 12 consecutive auto draft and cannot be terminated.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Auto renewal cancellation must be addressed via email (to your sign up location) 30 days prior to your next auto draft date.
CHECK-IN:
Please check in at the front desk by giving us your name or your membership ID key tag.
FACILITIES:
Arrichion facilities opens 30 minutes prior to start of class (unless noted otherwise) and 30 minutes after. Doors are locked duration of the class. No late entries are allowed. All workouts are supervised. We do not offer open gym access.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
MEDICAL CONCERNS:
By signing our liability form you agree to release and discharge Arrichion Hot Yoga, its directors, and its Instructor’s from any and all liability, claims, demands or actions that you may have resulting from injury, death or damages arising from your participation in the class, including losses caused by the negligence of the released parties.

Arrichion, Inc. owner and operator of the Arrichion® Hot Yoga and Circuit Training website and StrengthThrough Focus® website(“we” or “Arrichion”), takes the nature of private information very seriously. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you. Arrichion reserves the right to aggregate personal data from all of its Users for use in connection with the Service.

These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your computer’s hard drive. Our website uses these “cookies” to collect information and to improve our Service. Server Logs: When you use the Arrichion Website, our servers automatically record certain information that your web browser sends whenever you visit any website. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Although Arrichion takes reasonable security measures to safeguard your private information againstunauthorized use or access, Arrichion cannot guarantee the security of any information you provide to or from our Services. Arrichion can provide no guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of any of our security measures. All Website transmissions are solely at yourown risk.
User Responsibilities
You have no obligation to provide personal information to Arrichion and may, at any time, decline to submit personal account information through the Website, in which case Arrichion may not be able to provide certain services to you. Please note that media files uploaded by Users to the Website cannot be removed, arenot subject to this Privacy Policy and remain subject to our Terms of Use. Although Arrichion takes reasonable measures to protect your privacy and security, it is also your responsibility to protect your personal account information. Children’s Privacy
Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information please contact us so that we will be able todo the necessary actions.

Arrichion may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and at Arrichion’s sole discretion. Any suchchanges will be posted on this page and the effective date thereof will be indicated at the top of the page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted to this page
