All the classes offered give a perfect balance of strength, cardio, flexibility....I don’t need to go anywhere else. I also love that the classes are 45 min, great for my busy schedule. Another huge plus is the Arrichion Raleigh community and teachers are AMAZING! Everyone is very supportive, allows you to take it at your own pace, but also pushes you when needed. ”
