Nancy Chen

Circuit Instructor | Raleigh/Durham

A natural athlete, Nancy has been a runner since she was 12 years old, and started power lifting in high school, which she still continues. She ran cross country at Meredith College, where she earned a degree in Exercise and Sports Science. She has completed two marathons and eight half-marathons, and is also a fan of obstacle mudruns, and has nine-plus years as a personal trainer in both commercial and corporate fitness under her belt. She also attended nursing school and became a registered nurse specializing in critical care. She started going to Arrichion Hot Yoga to release the physical and emotional stress from nursing school and has been an avid yogi since then! She loves a good crafty stout beer, sandwiches, and Netflix (when she can find the time). She is also a coffee lover, and loves the scent of fresh laundry.
