At the young age of three, Lindsay Dunphy’s athletic career began after she joined a competitive dancing studio and began dancing all over the country. Once she reached junior high, she began to share her enthusiasm for dance with fellow students as an assistant teacher, a role she carried into high school. Following graduation and moving across the state for college, dance soon was replaced with running and circuit training. In pursuit of an occupation providing health-felt inspiration and health education, Lindsay graduated Dean’s List from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion and Health Coaching. In addition to providing clinical, holistic counseling, Lindsay has also been certified as a personal trainer, extending her profession into varying areas of fitness including her, now, deepest passion, hot yoga. She began practicing yoga in 2010 and, over the years, has been blessed with practicing in several different states, experiencing not only unique styles, but also individual studios. However, it was in discovering Arrichion that Lindsay found her studio utopia, perfectly balancing her dedication to yoga and love for a tough, vigorous work out. Lindsay recently completed her 200 RYT at Arrichion under Quinn Reynolds and has plans to continue her yoga training, in addition to her functional health coaching. Whether she’s prancing around the circuit room or rocking out dancer’s poses in the studio, Lindsay is quick to flash her dimples motivating you to jump into the fun.
